Rain

When it rains it pours. yes, that is the saying..

Why is it that everyone that uses this saying uses it as a negative saying. As if every time it rains it is something gloomy and not exciting?

I am thankful when it rains because I know that mother earth is eating. I am thankful because the earth is being refreshed. I am thankful because the creeks and ponds are being refilled.

Remember Mother earth only eats when it rains. Which is not as often as she needs.

Rain is such a romantic thing. You can cuddle with your partner on the couch and watch a romantic movie. You can have sex on the couch, your room, in the rain or even in the kitchen. Wow, this in itself makes my skin have goosebumps. The word sex brings chills to my body. Those of you attached, be grateful that you have someone to love at your side. Those of you single, be thankful that your loved one is coming at the perfect time and when it happens, you will be happy.

Rain is a beautiful thing. This is when most people stay inside their homes and think about what needs to be done in their lives and reorganize themselves. I know I at times do this but need to do it more often.

Know that in life, ALL things are possible. It is a matter of if we put our minds to it.

At times, when I am alone and the kids are not at home and it is raining, I will sit on the couch next to my bay window and look outside. I see that no one is outside. The only thing I see is rain. The ground soaking up the rain. When I start to look at the rain drops, I visualise them as being blessings to mother earth embrassing her with such love. Mother earth appreciates the blessings and sucks it up with such content. I see the contentment of mother earth the very next day when the flowers are standing at its all time high, looking at the sun with such love. When I see the squirrals racing undernieth the trees for the nuts from the trees that fell on the ground from the blessings tyring to touch mother earth. I see the grass greener then the day before. I see everything refreshed and ready to live the entire day.

We need to live like mother earth. Live with such love and gratefulness that the everyday life provides for us.
