Romance plays a big part in a healthy relationship. It goes both ways. The worse part about this is that once you become attached and you either live together or get married, Romance goes down hill. I applaud the men and woman that keep the romance alive in their relationships, but extremely few of them will actually do this. I am not sure why it decreases. The only explanation I have for this is that we get either bored or plain old lazy.
Romance is such a beautiful thing. I am sure when you think about this word, it makes you feel good and you think about something that relates to it. If we are so attracted to this word and the feeling, why are we letting this go? Why are we not practicing this basic but loving form to our partners?
I know that my ex was very romantic at first, then we married, it all went downhill. I asked him, why did this change? His response was,"There is no need to anymore, you are mine and it is a waste of money and time". Can you believe this??.. I AM A WASTE OF TIME.. That is the only thing I heard from his mouth because being romantic does NOT cost a dime.!!! If it does, he or she is worth more than the pennies spent .. Come on, I felt like a piece of dirt after he said that, or maybe less then dirt. I am the mother of his children. I guess I was not that important in his life.. Because guess what?? He doesn't have me now..!!!!
Romance keeps your relationship alive. It keeps any "Soon to be relationship" to become a stronger bond, a stronger union.
Why is Romance so hard to keep up for the men?? Respond to this one guys, I want to hear your comments below on this question.
I am sure that if you kept the romance alive, the woman would respond with the same gesture. I know I stopped being romantic in my relationship because #1 He told me to stop spending money on stupid things for him.. (Wow, yes he told me this) #2 He stopped so i stopped.
Our relationship had gotten boring and just plain depressing. We became a routine and in a relationship, you MUST have some excitement. It cant always be the same. You need to spice it up a little. We are always tied up in the same damn routine that we forget what life is really about. If you stop living the "real Life" then what purpose do we have?
If your #1 priority is family and partner then act like it.. Make it priority. Don't miss out on any opportunity with your loved ones. Remember make everyday a memorable day..

I will make sure he is always sexed out to the max, make sure he is treated like a man should be treated and make sure he will feel the love I have for him.
